Xiangdian Heavy Equipment has followed the trend and successfully developed a 100t standard-gauge AC variable frequency electric locomotive. This model took 4 years to develop, overcoming more than 20 technical difficulties such as AC variable frequency control of the on-board unmanned driving system, and has completely independent intellectual property rights. Its energy-saving effect is remarkable, and its comprehensive energy consumption is 30% lower than that of the same-level DC chopper speed regulation electric locomotive, and the maintenance cost of the product life cycle is saved by 40%. It is also equipped with a new generation of intelligent lubrication system, which is highly stable and easy to maintain. In the late 1990s, Xiangdian Heavy Equipment launched the 224t industrial and mining electric locomotive. The traction rate of this locomotive is more than 30% higher than that of the 150t vehicle, and it is specially designed for deep mining in large open-pit mines. The deep mining environment is complex and the locomotive power requirements are extremely high. The 224t industrial and mining electric locomotive relies on its powerful traction capacity to operate stably under harsh working conditions, and efficiently transports the mined ore, which effectively guarantees the smooth progress of deep mining operations in large open-pit mines.
